How It Works

Choose: "What's the penance?" or "Turn the other cheek." You always decide.

Do the penance

A small, achievable activity. A walk. Some stretches. Max 45 minutes, usually much less.

Step 4

Move forward

Tag it, add a reflection if you want, and carry on. Patterns emerge over time.
